Welcome to Canterbury Gold Duke of Edinburgh

Canterbury Gold was established in 2007 specialising in providing the Duke of Edinburgh’s (DofE) Gold Award in a virtual environment. This way of managing and supporting an Award group and has proved highly successful and very popular amongst our members.

Membership is open to any young person aged between 16 and 23 years. You don’t need any previous Award experience (i.e. Bronze or Silver) to join our group and likewise you can transfer to us if you have already started the Gold Award with another Award Group.

We currently have over 200 members with this figure rising throughout the year. We have no registration deadlines; you can join us at anytime and have no cap on membership.
